Abstract

Dynamics of neutrophil granulocytes antibacterial system activity during rehabilitation period after dental caries complications treatment was studied. Decrease of neutrophils functional activity, mediated by suppression of antibacterial system activity in inflammatory region was revealed. After traditional treatment of pulpitis and periodontitis within 6 months signs of the local secondary granulocytopathy are remained. The additional prescription of rehabilitation therapy individual courses promotes fast normalization of antibacterial system activity of neutrophils of circulating and local pool, that creates favorable conditions for the rehabilitation period and promotes reduction of number of complications by 2,2 times.
