Molecular docking method applied using “Biovia Discovery Studio”. “High positive values of -CDOCKER energy and -CDOCKER interaction energy” suggested that magnoflorine can effectively deactivate the peptidase Do enzyme which will interrupt the life cycle of the microorganism and inhibit the multiplication.
